We created an adventure-themed series of games showing what life as an engineer can be like. The games tested individuals on their abilities, built up confidence and encouraged them to apply.
Results
Feedback from the client and target audience was overwhelmingly positive and work has been done to share the demonstrator via the client’s social media outlets. The game was shortlisted as a finalist in the TIGA games awards.

They created a series of gamified quizzes to drive targeted audiences to various in-store and loyalty scheme promotions.
Results
When their promotions go out, they have a quiz completion rate of over 80%, most players play multiple times, and depending on the reward on offer their conversions from player to person willingly leaving their details varies from 40% on the low side and 80% on the top side.
A leading search engine wanted to deliver their VIP training day for agency resellers online
Solution
We created a gamified online learning experience that progressed with varying levels of intensity over 6 months. Engagement and completion were the core objectives.
Results
90% of participants completed all of the learning materials online and 80% completed all the tasks required to earn certification. They all went on to compete for some coveted agency implementation performance prizes.
Encouraging carbon friendly and healthy behaviours among citizens of a smart city
Solution
Carbon 0 Commute was created for citizens living within 7km of ther place of work or school, helping them choose the carbon-friendliest and healthiest options through peer to peer challenges.
Results
Following the app’s successful development, there has been much interest from other cities looking for a similar application.
A financial institute wants to improve their existing client referral scheme
Solution
We designed a fun digital referral scheme involving a bonus which would be awarded to both the referral givers and receivers.
Results
Following the successful rollout of the campaign, the client has seen increased engagement and referrals.
Teaching children about CO2 emissions and how they impact the environment
Solution
We put together a mini-game about car exhaust emissions and how they can cause pollution.
Results
The game was incorporated into a climate awareness campaign and raised curiosity levels about pollution and the environment.
Educating insurance sales agents about cyber security
Solution
We crafted a collaborative board game for use during training sessions. Teams used a dice and cards to defend a chosen business against cyber attacks.
Results
80% increase in confidence of sales agents, active retention of scenarios to give them talking points with clients. The project won the Excellence in No-tech Gamification Design award at GamiCon Chicago. We continue to build extension packs to the game.

Solution
This card deck is used in workshops and has helped to explain the steps in the game design process.
Results
Significant improvements in the understanding of the game design process were observed. The cards have really helped people visualise how gamification would work for their own organisation.
