Feminine gamification viewpoint: Glass ceiling game

Over the past week, I came across this rather nasty and flippant analogy of how the glass ceiling is playing out but by putting it into a game for young girls. I have to say that quoting statistics and research findings is way less hard hitting than this little clip, you are pre-warned. It explores how some common scenario’s from work affect game play. Anyway games can sometimes explain things more powerfully than numbers. Have a look and I did warn you:

The game that manages to explore both sides as equals or maybe better complementary can still be created in answer to this. We know that a mix of 50/50 of each gender makes team performance at it’s ultimate best, so a game where you need a gender mix or take handicap points from the start could work well in my view.
